Need Help Keeping Your Dog In The Yard?

The Jumpers and the Patrolers

We all love them. Some of us can't live without them. Our furry companions truly earn their moniker as "Man's Best Friend." As much as we love them, we can't take away their desire to explore and to guard.Vinyl Coated Chain Link Fence

If you have a dog with kangaroo caliber jumping ability, or a patrolman who stalks anything approaching the fence, try using landscaping to keep them away from the fenceline. You could use shrubs for example. Your jumper might find it a little harder to clear the fence AND the leafy obstacle. Your watchdog might feel less inclined to bother fence visitors with a buffer between them. Just make sure to check between the shrubs every now and then. That's to make sure your dog hasn't dug an escape tunnel to China.
